Besana

Besana helps Spanish homeowner associations and the property managers who serve them accelerate the energy transition of their buildings towards a smarter, more efficient and sustainable model. Headquartered in Madrid, Besana was founded by Iván Cabezuela and Manel Pujol. The Besana team acts as a single energy partner for residential buildings from start to finish – delivering electricity contract optimization, turnkey collective solar self-consumption installations, central heating and heat-pump upgrades, energy refurbishment projects, and EV charging pre-installations, including the management of subsidies, financing, monitoring and maintenance.
