Cookies use

In some cases, so-called cookies are used on the website. These are small text files that are stored on the device with which you access the website. In principle, cookies are used in particular to ensure security when visiting a website (“absolutely necessary”), to implement certain functionalities such as standard language settings (“functional”) or to improve the user experience or performance on the website (“performance”).

Contact form

Data transmitted via contact form will be stored, including your contact details, in order to be able to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal communication by email is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

08

Collection of applicant data

You have the possibility to inform yourself about open positions at Pelion Green Future on our website. Your application is made via an application management tool. As part of the application process, the personal data you provide (including your name, contact details, qualifications and other application documents) will be processed for the purpose of reviewing and deciding whether to hire an applicant. Without providing personal data, an application cannot be considered. Your application documents and the personal data contained therein will be forwarded internally to the responsible and decision-making employees. The legal basis for this is Section 26 (1) of the German Federal DPA (“Bundesdatenschutzgesetz”). We process voluntary information as part of your application on the basis of Section 26 Federal DPA in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you start an employment relationship with us, we will further process the data for the execution of this contract (Section 26 (1) Federal DPA). If you do not start employment with us, your personal data will be deleted within six months after the end of the application process. Provided you give your consent, we will store your data beyond this in order to inform you about new vacancies. The legal basis is Section 26 (1) Federal DPA processed in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a GDPR.

09
