What are Pelion's application requirements?

In addition to an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills, you should have initial practical experience. You should also convince us of your ability to think in a structured manner, to clearly define problems and to find result-oriented solutions. German skills are not a must.

To whom can I address my application?

You can address your application to our HR Manager Carla Polo.

How likely is it to get an offer for full-time after an internship?

This decision depends on our open vacancies. Interns performing extraordinarily will receive either an offer for a full-time position or an invite to become a member of our talent program.

How often do I receive feedback during an internship?

We schedule two formal sessions during your internship – one mid-term and one end-term feedback. In addition, you will have daily check-ins and more informal regular sessions.

At Pelion, we value a very honest and direct feedback culture. Therefore, we encourage you to also seek for feedback in a proactive way.

Is there any specific application period?

No, we recruit on a rolling basis throughout the entire year.

If I get rejected, can I apply a second time?

Yes, we appreciate your application after you gained further relevant experience.

Relevant experience could be either an additional academic qualification or practical experience in a fast-paced environment, for example, in consulting, investment banking or startup.

If you think you have the relevant experience, please Apply here.
