Interview process

Submit your application via our career homepage including your CV and transcript of records. We will get back to you with feedback on your application briefly.

In this first 30-minute introduction call, we will share insights about what it’s like working at Pelion Green Future. Also, we want to learn more about your experience as well as your motivation and expectations for joining us.

During this 45-minute interview, we want to find out more about your previous experience and knowledge and will assess your entrepreneurial mindset. We will ask you to share some milestones from your professional life, focusing on learning opportunities and challenges you had to overcome. We want to understand how you approach different situations and get to know your way of thinking.

At the end of our call, we make sure to leave time for any open questions related to the role, company, colleagues, etc. you might have.

The last step in the interview process is set up as a 90-minute personal meeting. We will ask you to work on a case study to get an understanding of your analytical and problem solving skills, your market knowledge and your team fit. After the case discussion, we make sure to leave time for any open questions. We prefer for this interview to take place at our office in Munich. This way you will also have the possibility to meet the team and see our office.
